First update in a month

It's a month ago that the list had it's last update. Unfortunately personal circumstances and very hot weather prevented me from updating the list sooner. But today I've managed to add some Ladies. From Dresden I added Miss Chessy and Miss Naomi, both from Salon Bizarr, Ladies Latoria and Lalola from Hamburg, Lady Lisa-Marie from the Rhine-Neckar area, Bizarrladies Farah and Stella from Das Domizil der Gräfin in Düsseldorf-Lörick, Lady Ria from Linz and/or Steiermark in Austria, Mistress Cassandra and Miss Dante Posh from New York City and three Ladies from The Chicago Reformatory: Mistress Maya Sinstress, Mistress Alyna Lashes and Mistress Calista Curves.
